Hi, I’m Leisa Farr, broker and owner of Modern Home Real Estate. I’ve been serving clients in Arizona real estate for over 34 years, and to say I live and breathe real estate would honestly be an understatement. This business has always been more than a career to me, it’s something I genuinely love and feel passionate about every single day.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy, sell, and invest in property throughout the area while building deep knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, land, and community. My experience, relationships, and long-standing reputation in the industry allow me to guide clients through every step of the process with confidence, honesty, and care.

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and have spent much of my life building businesses, serving others, and staying involved in the community. I graduated twice from Northern Arizona University, earning my Master’s degree along the way, experiences that helped shape both my work ethic and commitment to lifelong learning.

Clients often describe me as professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Many of my clients become lifelong friends, and a large part of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from families I’ve worked with for years. Whether someone is buying their first home, relocating from out of state, selling a longtime property, or searching for land, I believe people deserve an agent who communicates well, pays attention to the details, and truly wants the best for them, not just another transaction.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with family, working in my garden, being outdoors, and connecting with friends, clients, and the community around me. Building lasting relationships has always been one of my favorite parts of both life and real estate, and I feel grateful to continue doing that every day.
