Hi, I’m Heather Farr. Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mom actually went into labor with me while showing property, so you could say I grew up in the business.

Having been in thousands of homes throughout the area over the years, I know the local market, neighborhoods, and property values very well. Alongside working as a realtor, I also continue to work in real estate marketing which has allowed me to build strong relationships and connections with agents throughout the area. Because of that network, I often hear about homes before they officially hit the market and have many industry contacts I can reach out to when helping clients find the right property.

My marketing background also gives me a unique advantage when it comes to listing homes. I understand how to make properties stand out online through presentation, photography, social media, and strategic marketing that attracts buyers.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with friends & family, painting, gardening, hiking and enjoying small-town Arizona life.
